We were beyond excited to have Chiara coordinate our destination wedding planner , and let me tell you, it was no small feat—imagine tying the knot for a Vatican wedding while juggling the laws of Indonesia and Singapore from our flat! Chiara was like our personal wedding guru, keeping us calm and collected through the whole rollercoaster. Planning a wedding from afar felt like we were throwing darts in the dark—never saw the venue, tasted the menu, or chosen the flowers firsthand.
Yet, to our amazement, every detail was absolutely spot-on, leaving our guests buzzing about the feast and the flowers long after the day was done. Chiara’s knack for picking the crème de la crème transformed our day into something out of a glossy magazine – minus the airbrushing. Thanks our Wedding planner, what could have been a logistical nightmare turned into the unforgettable memory of not only our lives but also our guests!

My husband and I decided in January that we wanted to get married fall of that year in Italy. We are Americans who do not speak Italian, we didn’t have a guest list or a venue at the time, but we did have a wedding planner in mind: Chiara. And because of her, what sounded like an impossible mission became not only possible, but a joy to plan.
Before meeting Chiara, we had met a few other planners, and each one felt like they would copy-paste the same (beautiful) wedding they had done a hundred times before with slightly different details. And that wasn’t what we wanted. Our wedding was a bit non-traditional, and I knew from the start that we needed someone who would really listen and be excited about planning something uniquely us, and that’s exactly what Chiara does.
Chiara guided us through every step of the process with grace. She listened to our wants and understood our vision. She made us laugh, never ever pushed a vendor or idea that we didn’t want, and even moderated the disagreements between my husband and I. Chiara cherishes the small details while never losing sight of the big picture, and while you’re dreaming she is creating a master plan of action to make it all happen. I enjoyed every call we had, I trusted her deeply, and she became our dear friend.
Chiara is both pragmatic and ready to move mountains for you. She was honest if my ideas were impractical and always ready to find an even better solution. But most importantly to me, she was calm and kind, taking each curve ball with ease. When it came time for the wedding, she and her team executed to perfection. Her team is truly an extension of her brilliance and can-do attitude, and I know we could not have done it without them.
Chiara is not only the best decision we made for our wedding, but all the other decisions that I would rank in my top 5, from the decor on our tables to our incredible photographer are also because of Chiara.

The three of us were a team from beginning to end and every turn we made with Chiara’s guiding light was the right one. Our biggest fear prior to meeting Chiara was to have a ‘cookie cutter’ Italian wedding because what we wanted was a bit unique and of course, ambitious. A lot of things that normal couples have strong opinions on, we didn’t. We wanted to bring our friends and family on an adventure through Rome and Florence… with our wedding as a small piece of that. I mean, look at the photos! We had so much fun exploring Italy and taking the people who we love most on an incredible adventure. Chiara so accurately dialed in on what was in our hearts and helped us get just that. She NEVER pushed us to do, book, or plan something we didn’t want. Chiara listened to what we cared about and we made a plan together to make it happen. That wasn’t the case with other wedding planners we spoke to before meeting Chiara.
I think Chiara’s biggest strengths are her heart and her wonderful team. She’s a diamond, honestly I’m not sure my wife and I would have survived without her 😂 there’s just too many things to say for a single review. The b&w photo of the three of, taken just moments after the ceremony, sums things up perfectly. Also including some other photos from the week! It was perfect and I’m so grateful.

When we finally arrived in Italy for our wedding, Chiara was there and it was so special to meet her. Every detail of our 4 days of events was done to a spectacular degree, and the vendors she recommended for flowers, design, music, and food ended up far exceeding my expectations. It’s amazing how your planner & vendors become a core part of your wedding memories. 🥰 Saying goodbye to Chiara was one of the few times I actually cried that weekend, but I couldn’t help myself! I just adored her and Mimmo and the rest of the team, and I cannot recommend her enough as the person you want with you on your big day. 🥹❤️
